Assos chamois creme is specifically formulated for synthetic inserts (also useful for real chamois). It actually prolongs the chamois life, while it reduces friction, increases coolness, and prevents bacterial and fungal infections on your skin. Most important is that the Assos chamois creme washes out with each washing. Made in Switzerland.

Don't buy this product April 24, 2012

I used this product for several years and was very happy until they changed the formula. Although this new cream is ok, it pales in comparison to the old yellow cream with tons of natural ingredients like witch hazel. This new cream does not have that. It is pretty sterile and simply not as effective for as long a duration as the old stuff. Does not feel nearly as good. I would not recommend buying this cream. Your money is better spent on a less expensive alternative like chamois butt'r.
